What's Not Covered
- ×Refund requests made after the 30-day window has closed
- ×Second or subsequent billing periods (renewal charges)
- ×Accounts that have been suspended for Terms of Service violations
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until your current billing period ends. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Refund returns the money you've already paid. It's only available within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription.
